Returns:
We are not accepting returns at this time. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review your order before hitting the buy button (ie. suncathcher is right color, barrette is the correct size). If ordering a barrette, we strongly recommend you look at Barretteology 101.
Shipping:
We usually process orders within a day of receiving them. Your package will arrive by USPS First Class mail. We pack your items with care, so they will arrive in good condition.
If your item(s) are damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours at info@kisatchiestudio.com. Please include pictures of the damaged package & goods. We will resolve the matter with you as quickly as possible.
Privacy:
We all value our privacy. If you choose to set-up an account, the information you supply is for your benefit only, we don’t see it. When you hear from us, it will be about your current order. We don’t collect, store, or sell your information. We have better things to do.
Disclaimer:
Just because of the world we live in, we want to say this –
The items we make are glass and they could break. If they do, they may be sharp and you may get cut. We are not responsible for any injuries. (Psst … don’t drop it)
Most art glass contain small bubbles. If placed in a microwave they expand and could break the glass.
Please use common sense in purchases. Glass barrettes are not suitable for children. A suncatcher in the window may be a better choice.
